2. Shopping

Simply following the registration process then you can order.
Overseas customers are welcome to order through our system and please refer to the International delivery charge on the "Delivery Terms" found at the bottom
Select UK Shop; browse "All Products" or select different books under "Featured Products", or else you can choose from different Chinese Book Categories. For your easy reference, you could always add your favourite books into "My Favourites" so you can retrieve them afterwards. You can also type in the book title in the search box and search if we stock it.
Just click "Add to Basket" under the product and adjust the "Quantity" when needed.
Once the order is confirmation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You can always check the status at "View my Order" under "My Account".

3. Delivery and Order

In normal circumstance, once the order and payment is confirmed, we shall dispatch the goods within 2-7 working days. However, please be understood some of the goods would be supplied from the local suppliers and it shall take a bit longer for process.
Estimated arrival time of "Pre-order" items will be around 10-20days. If customer has order both "Pre-order" and "In-stock" items, we shall wait for all "Pre-order" items arrived before we dispatch all goods.Please be noted there will be only one delivery.

No. We will not change and deliver to another delivery address after order confirmed. If you find any mistakes typed in your registered address, lease write to us via "Contact us".
Please write to us ASAP via "Contact us". Should the goods were dispatched, customers will be required to send the goods back at their own costs.
System should always reflect the actual stock level, however, should this happen; You can choose to postpone the delivery before we can group all the goods or otherwise, please cancel the whole order, get the refund and order once again.
Customers will need to notify us within 14 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and Goods must be returned at customers' cost in perfect / re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary. Similarly, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that MiniBookery has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. MiniBookery recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you the customer.

If you would like order a Chinese Books, please provide us the ISBN, ISBN is an International Standard Book Number and consists of 13 digits.

Simple. Just type the English Name in the search box and you will find the Chinese Version of it, provided that we have it on the shelf.
Different publishers will use different names on their products, to be consistent, we tag all producst in THREE categories only, which are "1. Revision Guide", "2. Workbook", and "3. Test" for your easy reference
Please make use of our "tag". You can easily find the products under same categories, like "Revision Guide", "10-11" mean all books for "Ages 10-11" by clicking their "tag"
Firstly, “Revision Guide”, then, "Workbook" and finally "Test".
Publishers from time to time will update, reprint or re-publish the exam materials. Please write to us via "Contact Us" should you need to order specific items.

5. Check-out Procedure

Click "My Basket" in the upper right corner. The customer will see all the items in my basket. Click checkout at the bottom of the shopping list. Add or select the delivery address, enter the coupon code or electronic cash coupon. You can view and change the quantity of the goods you have selected. If the information is correct, please click "PAYPAL" or "PAYPAL Credit Card" to checkout. Link to "PAYPAL" payment page, please enter your credit card information. The online receipt will show the authentication code and billing number details. You will also receive an email confirming your order.
The store accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfer. We will provide customers with more payment methods in the future.
Yes, you may pay by bank transfer payment (Telegraphic Transfers – TT) via any non-UK banks, yet, customers will need to take care both Sender’s bank fees and Recipient’s bank fees
We use a third-party Paypal collection service, so that customers can use the above credit cards for online shopping with more peace of mind. We also do not record customer credit card information to ensure that you are the only person who has the right to use the card. Customers must use their own and valid credit card to make purchases, and the store reserves the right to terminate the order.
Sometimes PayPal Payment is incompatible with different browsers. If "Refresh Page" fails, please use bank transfer to pay.
Unfortunately, we would only accpet payment before delivery, and there is no cash on arrival.

6. Refund & Exchange

We provide customers with a “14-day product quality satisfaction guarantee (calculated within 14 days after the customer receives the goods). Regardless of whether the relevant order is in transit or has been signed by you, we are committed to providing you with quality services. If you have any dissatisfaction with the purchased goods, after confirmation, we guarantee to return or return the original silver. Customers must contact us within 14 days after receiving the goods, provide your order information and damaged goods photos for return and exchange procedures. We will contact you by email within 3-5 to process the exchange or refund request. Our orders must be reviewed internally before being sent out to ensure that the quality of the goods is perfect. During the transportation journey, due to irresistible environmental factors, the goods may be dumped and deteriorated. We will guarantee the quality according to the quality satisfaction. The terms are handled carefully. Please note customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
If after receiving the product, the customer finds that the ordered product is defective, he/she can report to us via filling the "contact us" form. Please attach the relevant product photos as proof when submitting the information. Once we verify and confirm, the customer needs to send the defective product back to us for a replacement after we check the product. If the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will refund to you in accordance with the refund policy procedure.
After discussing with the customer and reaching a consensus, we will refund the money involved in the purchase and return the money to your credit card bank account (about 4-6 weeks). If there is a dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
